Rachel Tjahja, born and raised in Indonesia, found a profound appreciation for culinary arts at a young age. During her time in Sydney, she embarked on a transformative journey that saw her honing her skills at distinguished establishments such as Intercontinental Hotel Sydney, Bowery Lane, and Park Hyatt Sydney. In 2019, she established Medja by All Seasons Dining in her homeland. Inspired by her time in Sydney, Rachel's cooking blends comforting food with bold flavors and influences from Japanese, French, and East Asian cuisines. She aims to offer rich, soulful dining experiences at SU MA, emphasizing seasonal, diverse, and simply delicious curated tasting menus. Through SU MA, she wants to create meaningful moments around food and believes in its power to bring about change, no matter how small the occasion. Rachel Tjahja aspires to provide unforgettable dining experiences that nourish both the body and the soul of her guests.

Ryan Kim
Ryan Kim, a South Korean native with an innate appreciation for culinary arts, cultivated his early love for gastronomy into a dedicated pursuit. His educational journey commenced in Korea, where he underwent comprehensive training in pastry, culinary arts, coffee, and oenology. Seeking to broaden his culinary interest, he continued his education at Le Cordon Bleu Australia, focusing on cuisine and pastry. During his studies, Ryan's affinity for the art of pastry deepened, prompting him to specialize in this craft, while working part-time in a dessert shop for practical experience. In Australia, he gained valuable experience at prestigious places such as Quay and Bennelong, refining his culinary skills. Returning to Korea, he worked at a prestigious high-end dessert shop in bustling Seoul. It was at Le Cordon Bleu that he met his wife. United by their passion, they embarked on a journey that led them to Indonesia in 2020, establishing an online Korean dessert haven named Fragments, which blossomed into a physical presence at Grand Indonesia in 2022. Inspired by South Korean flavours and his travels to Japan, Ryan skillfully infuses East Asian influences into his culinary creations at SU MA, showcasing a blend of flavours that captivate the discerning palate.

Co-founding New Media Folder alongside MANUAL, a renowned lifestyle magazine, and ZOU, a dynamic creative communication studio, Hadi has cultivated a unique blend of skills and expertise. His professional journey has traversed diverse industries, including public speaking, journalism, and advertising, reflecting his commitment to pushing the boundaries of creativity. Driven by an unyielding passion to contribute meaningfully to the creative industry, Hadi, along with his visionary partners, spearheads 20/WOL, a dedicated fund aimed at propelling Indonesia's vibrant creative sector forward. Beyond the confines of traditional media, Hadi's expansive creative vision extends to the world of fine dining, where his innovative approach as a seasoned creative director sets the stage for unparalleled culinary experiences.
